The app offers features such as routing stops, accessing order details, viewing instructions and property photos, completing checklists with photos and videos, reporting urgent issues, sending estimated completion times, pausing and resuming work, scanning inventory items, collecting signatures, uploading invoices or timesheets, and communicating with the team through in-app messaging. EZcare operates offline in the field and syncs data with the cloud when a network connection is available.
